Summer Wine and Cheese Pairing

Wine and cheese have gone hand in hand for centuries, but with today’s ever increasing options for both wines and cheese, the pairing decisions can be staggering. We will discuss tips to keep in mind when pairing wine and cheese, and then we will select a variety of wines and cheeses to sample that pair well together. Each cheese course will be featured in a recipe, or it will be sampled on its own with a special accoutrement.
